Our annual Sustainability Report reveals more about our journey to be leading in sustainability. These commitments are at the core of our refreshed Beyond100+ strategy, which will drive our business forward towards the full electrification of our model portfolio by 2035.
We are working hard to integrate sustainability into all aspects of our business and be more agile in the face of economic, legislative and market challenges. The start of 2025 has presented several global uncertainties, but we remain focused on delivering our key initiatives and investment plans.
Available to read by clicking on the link below, the report examines the progress towards our goals, including decarbonisation, which remains a priority for us and our stakeholders. Our Chairman and CEO Dr. Frank-Steffen Walliser says: “In 2024, we took bold action and made significant changes to our portfolio. The iconic W12 engine has been discontinued and, instead, we have plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) options for all our models, and we remain committed to rapid decarbonisation.”
The report also highlights our investment in supporting the people who are at the heart of our progress – more than 4,000 colleagues working at our carbon neutral factory in Crewe are developing the skills to be ready for the manufacture of a range of all-electric vehicles. Alongside our focus on sustainability, digitisation, and diversity and inclusion, we are striving for the highest levels in employee wellbeing, values, ethics and integrity.
Driving positive impact and social responsibility goes beyond our own people, and we’re supporting communities across the UK with our award-winning Advancing Life Chances programme. In addition, our Bentley Environmental Foundation is helping organisations throughout the world find next-generation solutions to environmental challenges.
Inspired by our rich heritage of craftsmanship and meticulous engineering, we will continue to work with our Sustainability Council to explore new frontiers to create an exciting and sustainable future. We invite you to read our third Sustainability Report by clicking on the link below.
